    Subsidized Housing by Type reports the number of housing units receiving assistance by Type.
  • Full Description
    Subsidized Housing by Type reports the total number of housing units per the Decennial Census, the total number of housing units receiving Governmental assistance, as well as the total number of each type of assistance in the form of Section 8, Tenant Rental Assistance, CHFA/USDA Mortgages, or Deed Restrictions. Housing units receiving Governmental assistance are considered affordable. The percent of assisted households is the number of housing units recieving assistance as a percentage of total housing units, at the town, county, and state level.
